It's really great, entertaining, amazing! It's one of the best shoujo I've read, though it's short you feel it's complete...=D
And in the end you get a bitter sweet feeling (I guess that is how you should name it... XD)
A lot of stories are called "bitter sweet", yet it's the first time I understand its meaning!
Reading it is really not a waste of time! C:

The art is alright. It's pretty, and not fluffy. Classic Margaret-style art.
But the strong point of this manga is the story. It's a love story that everybody's encountered before. Boy A likes girl, girl likes Boy B, Boy B likes girl. A love triangle. But there's a more realistic twist to the story.
It shows how people gradually just...move on. Not all of us stay perpetually in love with that one person, as is shown in many other shoujos. Instead, we see people moving on, growing up. Relationships change. People learn to accept.
It's a lovely story that unfolds, a classic story that many of us have heard the likes of before.

is really a great manga
i think this is a very realistic manga, not usually lovey dovey couple with many adventures in the way and a happy ending...is just what it is...the travel of one girl in high school...
very recommended!!

i so cried at the end.. i'm such a sucker for those things.. such a heartbreaking story, i thought it was going to be a typical cute shoujo. how wrong!!
-ahem-
BUT, a part deeeeeeeep down inside of me realizes the fact that if it was different, it wouldn't have been as good.. as touching. it would have been.. well, not the same. (if that makes sense. XD)

I loved this manga because it brought out emotions in me, i could totally empathize with the characters. I agree with bluesonnet, i think the lenght of the whole story is just right, because it's true that people don't normally have turning points in their lifes three times a week. I can't really explain it, but i just fell in love with this story, thought the last chapter had me almost crying, i think it's because things weren't going towards the happy ending and the almost three years where about to end and the charcters would have to start from scrach.
HOPE SOME GROUP TAKES THE SEQUEL!!!
PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!

I felt so sad when Shindou breaked up with China, as the same character says, if she hadn't noticed that she loved Haruka she could have countinued to be happy with Shindou. It just makes me feel sad for Shindou, who really loved her, and China, who couldn't help but realize her own feelings, and also the situasion, which could have been different if she had noticed before. All in all i think all this experience helped them grow immensely.
Just really sad! :'(

I sort of liked the artwork, by that I mean I loved how the female was drawn up but the male characters were kind of choppy. As for the story the relationships of the characters are not fully explained at the start so the frienship between them is a bit strange but I think I understand now since I've finished it. It's one of the few stories I truly like even though it really dosen't have anything special about it. It made me feel happy and sad and I guess that's why I like it.

so, it had a promising start. I was actually enjoying what I was reading but everytime a new chapter starts, I feel like I'm missing bits of pieces. epecially the last chapter. It left me wondering as to how stuff happend and why didn't the manga ellaborate more the complex of the story. And the ending was one of the type of endings that I hated. I don't prefer open endings which will just let me imagine what really happen to them.
A more realisitic love story

Nothing amazing really, but it does scrupulously refuse to present the heroine with a convenient reality; things are more complicated, difficult, and accidental, instead. Given shoujo love stories’ strong pull toward wish-fulfillment fantasy, this should be appreciated.

I have mixed feelings about this manga. Truth is, I liked it, however way it ended. I don't agree with some of the people here saying that it was too short, considering the timeline of the plot was 3 years. I felt it was just right. You know, it was kinda realistic in a way, since in real life, you just go through a few months or so without anything really significant happening to you. I think the mangaka tried to draw it with this point of view in mind, and thus that's how the story was portrayed.
About the ending, I thought it was, as some said, open ended, but not really.
And since I like them together, that's what I'll think.

This is because the open ended thing was only on China's and Shindou's side. Obviously, since Haruka and his girlfriend were still together at the end, there was no chance of China and him getting together. (I also think that the sequel is about Haruka and his girlfriend, since they're the ones on the cover, if I'm not mistaken.) So really, the only thing that the readers have to speculate on is if Shindou and China got back together again or not.
And since I like them together, that's what I'll think.
