First I'd like to affirm that there is no resemblances with Berserk at all & at any level.
Addictif character & plot backed up by the very powerful & strong historical background. & we're going till Alexander so there will be even more awesomeness inside !!!

I think people saw a glimpse of berserk from this, is because Berserk is obviously influencing the way of manga, especially the seinen manga, and to be more precise the action, and maybe the character-focus one.

is it me or is this just ah-mei-zeng, its probably one of the greatest mangas around. definitely unique, and definitely the best manga ive ever read in my LIFE! cant believe ppl acutally gave it a 1. i guess u wud give a 1 if ur preferred genre was: shounen-ai, cawk and bawls. but even then id think i wudnt give it a 1. actually if i was into shounen-ai id give it a 10. but im not so ill give it a ten.

He is an amazing story teller.... simple as that. His drawing is typical, not too good or bad but it is the way he develops his characters, plots, basically everything..... simply masterful

This series has very crisp art that actually seems to fit pretty well with the theme because I can actually imagine the Greek people reading this. The story is truly original so far, and very addictive, I want to see what the main character comes up with next. Every chapter seems to end at a cliff hanger for me, and even if I let it get 3-4 chapters ahead of me, I very quickly catch up.
This is a must read for anyone, and the only reason I can't give it a 10 is because I haven't seen the ending yet. Once I see that, I very well might come back and give it that extra +1 to bring it up to 10.
Also want to mention, the group doing this is doing an awesome job. The cleaning is very well done, and I just hope the actual pages manage to look as good as what they are producing. So a big -Thank you- to Kotonoha for helping us get this manga in the condition we are getting in, and I hope they keep up the great work!

This series is well done. Although it has mature material there is no major focus on the gore or the sexual theme. I like the approach of the mangaka and look forward to see more. Tally ho!

First, I want to say this is more mature audiences. Unless you're a kid or an close-minded crank, there's no way to escape this manga's spelling-binding allure. This series so far, has boundless potential. You never know what's going to happen next while dying to know what will happen next.

This manga is totally great, once i read the first chapter, everything else just followed. The mangaka's retelling of the story of eumenes, is unlike any manga that i've ever read before, everyone should read this.

Looks like I'm not the only one who's reminded of Berserk while reading this series.

I've read a couple Berserk-ripoffs in the past, and they've all left a bitter taste in my mouth afterwards (Shin Angyo Onshi as a prime example). Historie gives me the same grand feeling that I get while reading Berserk while managing to stand strong as a separate entity.

If you need your daily manga fix, boy will this series *not* do it for you. You'll just ending up wanting to read more.

i want more of this manga..i really like stories with a lot of character development especially if the protagonist is just a kid with a lot of backround stories to back him up until he grows older.

the story or the plot is done quite tastefully, not too flashy but not too sedate, it is just perfect..i really appreciate the way the action and the informative part was combined to tell such an interesting story of this Eumenes..
