At first glance, the premise has some potential, but then your realize it's just modern slavery that is decided and enforced by the government upon their own population.

I'll be using the term Slave as it's much easier than saying person who the government has deemed is no longer human.

The story tries to be shocking by showing that this world has having sex slaves, household slaves, fighting slaves, but that's all to be expected. Only surprising thing is that they grind some down for fodder, which is terribly inefficient when they could be worked to death instead.

There is no thrill since we know MC won't die, nor does he have any companions he cares about. It's literally just him being forced to do things and then the deus ex machina of his friend appearing to help.

There is no direction this can go to be interesting.

What measure is a human? What measure is you? All of us measure people but what if you were measured on standards you don't even know on whimsical grounds? It's already happening on many social media.

Literally just trash right out the gate.

Literally 2 chapter in and i just cannot stand this. Like i get they are consider not human, but you would think that they would give them some rights. Like with pets or wild animals. Also i still dont get the premise. I dont know where the author intends to go with this. Lastly, you can predict every single detail before it happens because it is just that predictable, and the characters themselves are legit the most cliché, troupe kind of people
