Description
Ponta anxiously awaits the first big event in his high school life that will give him the opportunity to lose his virginity. A trip to the beach with his friends Taro and Jiro, in the company of three girls, Emi, Rumi, and Chisa. Coupling is done by janken and Ponta ends up with Chisa, the girl of his preference. This manga pretty much shows that women are not going to be faithful even in a relationship if with a "nice" guy. I really hate reading mangas that do this >.<, there's enough of that in real life.

If what I've read about the RAWS is true..then I agree with Kiru.. And no, SCKing, most guys would not stay with a girl if she did what Chisa did. Some things are just realistically unforgivable..and if it's true what I heard, what Chisa did was unforgivable.
Hmm..I still hope it gets finished though.. As I only know what I do by heresay..I'd rather read it for myself...even if it's more likely that I'll RAGE. It's also likely that the heresay wasn't true. But, until then, I'm rating this a 1 as it's unrealistic that Ponta would stay with her if it's true(and I'll hate Chisa's character, too).

To those saying it wasn't rape..I still don't think it qualifies as such. The guy released her..if she truly valued her relationship with Ponta, any normal girl would have tried to escape there, not just submit to the guy and let him do whatever he wanted just because he made her piss the bed. That logic is BS. Her letting the guy screw her after she was even released..never would have happened IRL..at least not if we're to think she really loves her boyfriend and wanted him to be her First.

More for the ladies imo, should be Josei rather than Seinen; i see people here crying about others complaints on whether or not they should stay together after the "incident"; and what would a typical guy do? well, this isn't the place for that... the manga itself is pretty solid, but hard to cope with at times; storywise its ok, i've seen better relationship development plots in my time... especially in the Seinen department

Really, for those innocent young ones out there, beware! This is a story of innocence spoiled.. heh even I am getting riled up again.
This manga will open up new perspective on relationship and trust..
Ahh.. well without revealing too much spoiler, all in all this manga teaches you that there is a silver lining to every cloud, but only if you persevere.
Ah, one more thing. Little boys out there, learn from Ponta. Sometimes there journey is also as enjoyable as the destination. I agree thoroughly with RiderFan.

It shows how relationships should (and used to) be. Not rushing into anything physical is extremely critical for a relationship to last. To all of you who think that he should have "done" her and left her, I have nothing but sorrow for you.

Downloaded the raws for chapters 2-5, and my main point is: there's no way a guy would continue dating a girl who lost her virginity to another guy. Especially after enduring a year of suffering. I'd recommend adding tag "Fantasy" or something.

I totally agree with peanutss777 here, this is a fairly chiselled and mature manga that definitely won't leave you untouched. It belongs to the very few dramatic ones I like and it is worth reading up to the end (yess I hate stories that are unsettling plus the ending is sad as well). Chisa is far less annoying than many shoujo leads, I would rather consider her initial behaviour shy but not hopeless 
. 9/10 for me, since the art is pretty well done.

This series has its comedic moments... which are few and far between I might add. Apart from that, you have the standard sex aspect to move the plot along. Add that to a female lead that I personally despise, and you get this manga.
All in all... its ok.
