Description

Short manhwa but still enjoyable. I felt like the ending was rushed but we got a nice happy ending with an epilogue. There is a Smut tag, so yes the scenes are spicy. Overall good short read.
ending was a bit rushed, but it's aight for a quick read. almost half of the story are flashbacks.
The story's okay. The leads leave much to be desired. FL is too aggressive and tyrannical that she becomes toxic. ML is too passive and cowardly. Nonetheless, it was still an interesting enough read for me to finish it in one sitting.

Contrast to what other people feel about this manhwa, I'm actually loving it. Recommend to someone who loves angst and can distinguish between reality and fantasy. Happy reading.

So I skimmed this just to see where the pointless misunderstanding ends. The misunderstanding ends at the end of the book, yes the author will drag the misunderstanding on right up to the final chapter.
The chapters that tell the story of their past life was a better read than the actual story (even if it was rather cliche).
The biggest issue is how the author handles traumatic things. You don't make a rape scene and later try to sell the idea to your reader that the victim wanted it. You can't have someone be so tightly bound that they are bruised the next morning and tell the reader, the victim wanted that, they are fine with it; it especially doesn't work when the victim is someone who has spent a lifetime being abused.
None of the elements in the story are what make it bad, but the execution of it all is the problem. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and its a shame b.c had the author focused more on flushing out the characters and exploring them psychologically then this might have been really good.

I’m not really enjoying how the FL continues to knowingly force the ML to relive his past trauma by forcing him into bed. Like she is almost raping him into submission despite the fact that he is so happy to see her he is disassociating whenever they do it which is just so tragic to me.
