I force myself to have a little something for breakfast in the morning. Otherwise I just eat when I'm hungry. As for what food I eat, I usually go for whatever is convinient but also not a heart attack on a plate.

I usually stuff whatever's lying around in my mouth, whether I'm hungry or not. laugh But I do try to get my three meals a day in, as well as a serving of vegetables and fruit. I also drink a lot of water with whatever it is that I'm eating, but I'll also drink juice. I rarely drink soda, which only happens about once a year or so.

Bowl of cornflakes and orange juice in the morning. Fix myself a bagel with whatever I feel like having around lunch, with a cup of tea. Nothing then until dinner. After dinner, I might have a bag of crisps or a piece of fruit. And finally, before going to sleep I down another bowl of cereal or have two slices of toast with jam.

I rarely ever stray from that structure. I've never liked stuffing myself...

Oh no, I eat every day. It's just that most days I won't eat or feel hungry until it's late and other days I'll be hungry and will eat a lot.

I blame college for doing this to my eating habits. laugh

To answer your questions which I originally forgot to include:

do you graze throughout the day? ...What? *stupid*.

do you think deep about what you want to eat? Not really, I usually eat what I crave...

do you eat when it seems convenient? Well I eat a lot throughout the day, so I suppose...I have an empty bottomless pit for a stomach...

do you plan what you will eat and then go out of your way to get it ready? Sometimes, when my mom asks me what I want for dinner. Usually I just reply "I'm making a grilled cheese."

do you have a structured eating plan? Nope.

Down below is what I eat and what I don't eat:

I eat a lot. Just to warn you, this post is going to get very long. I'm apparently a very picky eater according to my mother, just to put it out there.

Just about an hour and a half ago I ate some popcorn, >.>...

+Usually, I just eat whatever I'm craving for (Popcorn, cereal, grilled cheese, whatever.)
What I'm always in the mood for: Medium-Rare Steak. God I love steak. To bad I only eat it occasionally ;A;.

+I'll pretty much eat anything as long as it's not seafood related (I only eat cocktail shrimp w/o the sauce), there're also a lot of vegetables that I don't like (Peas, green beans, broccoli *which I used to like, but not any more*, etc.) When it comes to vegetables I only eat like, corn, lettuce, potatoes [pretty much only salt potatoes, mind you. I hate mash-potatoes, and etc.]

+I love fruit (Crispin Apples, grapes, strawberries, bananas, watermelons, cantelope.) I'm not much of an orange-lover, and I never plan on trying grapefruit. I've tried Honeydew before, and I didn't like it, not to mention the fact I accidently took in part of it's skin which made me want to hurl. And prunes look disgusting so those are way out of the question. I've tried pears before [I had a pear tree in my old house's backyard] but I don't remember what they taste like. Limes I intake normally...but not the way one normally would, it's the flavor of the water that I drink [Key Lime sparkling water] which I've drank for like, what, seven years, maybe more?

+I'm also a big lover of cheese. Colby Jack being my absolute favorite [I love cutting it up and putting it on my salad], cottage cheese I also like, but I hardly ever eat :( .

+Pastries: Chocolate Chip muffin's and Banana Bread (note, NO WALNUTS.) are pretty much the only things I ever bake.

+...Now, here comes the junk food: Ice Cream (cookies and cream, cookie dough, & mint chocolate chip, mostly) Chips (Salt + Vinegar in particular), french fries (yes, I consider this junk food), cookies (I don't tend to eat them much any more, but still.), cake (without the frosting, god, I can't STAND frosting...too disgusting.) Pretzels (can be considered junk food considering how much intake there is), Ramen - Beef Flavor (I'm well-aware it's not the healthiest thing on earth, but it doesn't change the fact that it's friggin' delicious.) Brownies...mmmmm. Cheez-its. Popcorn. Snickers. Pepperoni + Mushroom Pizza [Mushroom's on it are usually rare, mainly because my sister despises mushrooms...and always complains if there're some on the pizza...]
Now I'm drawing a blank...hmmm...

+Usually, when I have to work at least six hours, this is what I pack: A peanut butter sandwich (I love peanut butter), a packaged brownie, cheez-its, and sometimes strawberries, it depends because if I put in strawberries, I'll have to put in my coolpack, which will leak into my sandwich container and make it all...gross...

+I also have the tendency to grab crackers at work, and spread peanut butter on them, then of course, eat it, and repeat the process.

+Another thing I refuse to eat: Caesar Salad. Because I had anchovies -> caesar dressing has anchovies as one of the ingredients...ughh...

+Soups/Stews: Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken + Rice. And that's pretty much it. I also think that Chicken-crock-pot stew is to die for, but then they stopped making it ;A;. I also like Turkey-bone soup (which my grandma makes...and was supposed to make it for me for thanksgiving last year...lets just say that it is way long overdue.)

That's pretty much it...

I'm a picky eater, but that's why i make my own food. I like variety, so im willing to eat and try almost anything, but i hate eating the same types of food for days on end. Although if i have time i like to think and plan about what im going to eat...cuz it's actually alot of fun. *sigh* so much good food, so little time to try.

I eat a good proportion (so not to the point of exploding, except the random buffet excursion) but my eatinig schedule is usually based on convienence. So if i sleep in or am in a rush to leave - which is always, i usually skip breakfast. And when i was working in the lab, i was sometimes too busy to eat lunch so i just went straight into dinner for some days.

I eat when I'm hungry. I used to eat breakfast, dinner and tea most days and occassionally a snack in the evenings however when since I got ill at christmas with inflamed stomach I lost my appetite entirely and it's been hard to get it back so now I generally eat one meal or cereal for breakfast and a meal later on. Sometime if I'm up late I'll get peckish and have a yoghurt or toast or something to snack on but I haven't eaten 3 meals in a day for 7 months now. My mum would kill me if she knew, lol. It does make for a cheap shopping bill though.

I'm also vegetarian so I guess I'm picky since I don't even like most vegetables but since no one else in my family is veggie I generally prepare my own food and I eat whatever I feel like. If I feel like eating something I don't have I'll go to the 24hr ASDA to buy whatever I need to make it. I can;t eat just for the sake of eating, I feel sick if I force myself to eat something I don't fancy even if it's something I don't dislike. If that even makes sense. I guess I'm a little weird, lol.

I eat throughout the day, usually only having one actual meal and 'snack' the rest of the time (snack usually being moderately healthy, not much junk food) Though, some days I forget to eat at all... >.>
Though that's at my house. At my grandparents house over the summer, we eat 3 times a day and rarely snack at all. none

I eat when it's possible/convenient for me to eat. I rarely eat breakfast because it's just not convenient in my schedule. I don't really watch what I eat. I eat anything I desire. But since I'm an extremely picky eater, I only eat a handful of things I like. That's pretty much it.

I have to think about what I eat since I am both a vegetarian and work out a lot.
But I am not too strict with myself.
Normally, I eat something small before college and then two meals during the day.
If my classes don't start until the afternoon, I usually have a big breakfast with my boyfriend and only eat at the end of the day again.
And I eat rather slow and try to chew well.
Oh yeah, I got over chocolate these days! I didn't eat it for a while and now neither crave it not like it that much anymore. Feels liberating. wink

I have a strict schedule on meals. Five per day. And if i don't get my food at the right time ........ ITs bad, its pretty bad. And sometimes there's even casualties.... And getting me my Food is the only way to stop my rampage

I love eating. I just eat whatever's lying around, although I do try to avoid junk food. And I do always wonder if I should eat something, especially if I'm bored.

I'm a very frugal eater, never have breakfast, only lunch and dinner and very rarely a snack. What i do like to do is enjoy the food, eating in a hurry is never good, and i like to feel the flavor of the dishes.
