I really hate bands which have vocals that lean to a deep and husky voice. There have been way too many bands like this, and i absolutely think that Creed was enough. I hate
- The Calling,
- The guy with no hair(man i forgot his name), i cant even remember the names of the bands cause i really don't listen to them.

I also hate bands like
- Simple Plan,
- Blink 182,
- Good Charlotte, they all sound the same and i hate them all.

I also hate
- Justin Timberlake, can this guy even truly sing? His songs barely reach a melodic status, they're like whispers and moans that get louder then weaker and so on.

- Hilary Duff's songs are horrible, she should have just stayed an actress. One example is this "beat of my heart" song, i honestly don't know the title but this is probably it because she repeats this lyric a "gazilion" times in the song. The only other phrase i heard in the song was "away" which was repeated a "bazilion" times.

I hate most of the mainstream hiphop, rap nowadays as well. Can't name the artists because i really don't listen to them. Lyrics all lean towards being rich, being famous, being hot, being a celeb or something like that.

Regina Spektor and any and all other "precious" sounding music like hers. (All the delicate prettiness makes me want to vomit.)

Emo Music, specifically emo music done by male vocalists. Nothing turns me off from a band faster than listening to a whining male voice. I'm not sure if those singers think that they sound good, but whining does sound good from a speaking voice, much less a singing one. (You know the kind of thing I'm talking about: A Simple Plan, Panic at the Disco, etc.)

I just remembered that I forgot to put that I really hate music with a lot of screaming. Its obnoxious (to me)and all the songs sound the same.

They're not actually emo. They're semi-wannabe-but-not-at-the-same-time emo. Real emo bands I hate that fit your description include Thursday, one of my least favourite "bands" of all time... oh the pain.

^Thank you for explaining the difference. I lack the vitality to enlighten people every time this issue comes up.
