Quote from Foolworm
Oh, he's her attending physician alright.

He's also a former president of the Roman Club. In the end, Sahana dies when Aiba and the gang 'kidnaps' her from the hospital she's in (with the doctor's implicit permission) and takes her to the seaside to fulfill a promise to see the waves (and have sex) with her. Aiba later becomes an intern under the doctor, Kattsun becomes a lawyer and is engaged to Kyoko.
Oh, and Kyoko's face when seeing Sahana for the last time is heartbreaking.

did they really have sex? It seemed to me that they never actually had intercourse, but rather made a promise that if she woke up the next morning (/lived through the night) they would. I'm guess he was just rubbing his dick against her and came, and she died sometime later that night? Unless, Sahana was dead already?? (why was there focus on her right hand? is it supposed to be limp/lifeless?) She really looks lifeless from when she invites him into the sleeping bag(really!): does that mean Aiba was imagining her being alive???
Then there's that moment when Aiba asks her if she's tired (in between all that *rubbing* on her), and she whispers in his ear? was that a flashback? is that when she tells him 「起きたらSEXし よ」 (and therefore they didn't actually ever get to have sex)?
godd that was really a pretty vague ending scene.

Anyway, someone please tell me what you think happened!
