I forgot the title of the manga where they went to a hotel because of the rain, then the seme help the uke unbutton his shirt. Went to sleep first and acted like nothing happened in the morning. I think they are both salaryman

This is wild guess, but could it be Ore to Joushi no Kakushigoto? Its a bit different from your description since they had sex at the hotel.
