So, abot two years ago I've read in portuguese a manga that is about a girl that since young was raised as an assassin but was sent as a maid to serve some blonde guy. I think it was a josei but I'm not sure. You get to see her childhood in the manga, and the guy is a bit off, if I remember well. He is some fake noble guy. Ah, and the guy that raised her along with other children is some crazy bastard as well.

i just can't remember its name, and I know that most brazilian translators translate thing from english, so I'm sure that I will end up finding in english rather than in portuguese (and honestly there is no way that I'll find it again in portuguese.) Help pleaseeeeee

It is a bit different from you description, but maybe it is Alyosha!? THe main character is an assassin who later gets employed as a maid.

Yeah, Alyosha would be the first one to come to mind as well, there's also an assassin maid character in Black Lagoon, but I can't remember enough about her to say how close that matches your description either.

I just did a search of anything tagged both "assassin/s" and "maid/s" to see what came up..... there's not much there but I suppose it's at least worth seeing for sure whether it might be on there or not.

Not sure, but it might be Crimson Empire - Circumstances to Serve a Noble. The main girl is an assasin maid and serves to a blonde guy. It's a josei.
