the only problem i found in your vampire mythology is that you said vampires are pale. dude, that was all bram stoker.
the original vampires in mythology were bloated, and black with lots of built up blood, like a rotting corpse. not pale.
Aren't those Mesopotamian Ghouls? named and labeled as such... because lets face it, if you label anything "undead" as a vampire this would never end.
Ghouls
-Feed of the flesh of the dead, and where often found in battle fields after a great battle or in Graveyards.
-An easy meal above anything else, so if a Ghoul couldn't find dead bodies to feed, then his next target would be Children.
-Ghouls are strong and fast and can only be killed with FIRE (PERIOD)
-Ghouls are mindless monsters that "live" solely to feed and Obey their master (IE a DEMON)
-It was later added that Ghouls could die if attacked with a Cross, this is a change that was added by Christians in order to make Mesopotamian people embrace the Cross... as such this IS BOGUS and LIES, the Cross doesn't kill or protect you front any monster.
PS: Undead's go as back as 5000 B.C, but none of them are Vampires, most of the Undead are either Vengeful Spirits or Zombies that ate Flesh (the Blood Drinking undead are much younger)
Werewolves (as a whole) are front 1400 B.C, but they already where werewolves as we see them today (just that more powerful)
To answer something that I saw while reading, but can't find it to quote it (for some reason forgot who said it...)
At the start of the Werewolf Legends, Humans transformed into wolves and kept their humans eyes (you are right) but also as time passed they could transform into the hybrid form too... if they lived long enough.
