So basically Im looking for a manga with a male yandare/Obsessive/psychotic type character to it.

I really loved Soichiro in Hadashi de Bara o Fume and how he acted all innocent and then he went crazy

I am also a big fan of
Aishite Kudasai, Sensei
Risou no Kareshitachi (Loved his jealousy , Found it interesting to read hated the ending though seemed unessesary)

I would love it if the yandare was a pretty boy (Bishie) and popular

I dont mind alot of blood. No hentai.

Yankee to yandere no karera ni wa tomodachi ga inai is a very funny manga about a yandere pretty boy and a pervert delinquent. I'm sorry to say it hasn't been updated in ages though.
