There are plenty of female characters with super powers in settings where there are other characters with superhuman strength and/or monsters or superpowered villains to fight.
But female characters with superhuman strength in a somewhat realistic setting where nobody else, whether good or bad, has it are much more rare. Of course I mean "real" superhuman strength, not the "illusory" one often used as a running gag.
All I can think of is:
Main characters:
- Aiko Torasawa, from Torako, Anmari Kowashicha Damedayo
- Sae-mi, from Choegang Geunyeo
- The MC of Kono ken, zettai himitsu de onegai shimasu
Secondary characters:
- Koma Morishita, from Sket Dance
Are there any other manga with female characters like this? Bonus points if it has both action and comedy while also focusing on relations and friendship.

Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but the first one that came to mind was Change 123. Some of the secondary characters are strong as well, although none to the extent that the female lead is. Worth taking a look at if nothing else.

I have read the first two volumes, and yeah, while she has superhuman strength and skill to a certain extent and she might be the strongest character so far, her parents and most of her opponents also do plenty of things that seem impossible for any human in real life. So it isn't what I am looking for. It's a lot of fun, though.
