You can’t post a translated series here. This site is merely giving you information about series, and where to get them.

If the manga you want to translate is already in their database just search it from the homepage. Then when your on the manga's page click 'Upload Chapter' next to actions and fill out the necessary stuff.

If the manga is not already on the site you can just add it yourself, its pretty easy. Click on the manga tab and the last option should be 'Add'. Fill out the necessary info then just click 'Add new title'.

This is for mangadex if it wasn't clear, hope that helps
