Hi. So I want to create a new scanlation group (for the Evillious manga, therefore we're going with EC Scans as our name) and I will need the following:
Scanners
Translators (JP to EN translation)
Proofreaders
Redrawers
Typesetters - CLOSED
Editors

I just want to work on manga that I can't find translations for, but it's nothing strictly NSFW.
