Cloudy. I like that the best.
sunny weather is hot. rain would make going out a pain. same with storm. windy will make dirt, leaves and more things fly around dirtying your clothes and whatever you're carrying. snow... I never saw snow directly, but I think snow would be a real pain. fog is dangerous, I don't hate fog but it's still dangerous.

(also, there is no mention of humidity. I hate humidity. I hate it, when it's hot and humid)

The cold can be a pain (I'm not too bothered by it, but...), but the snow itself...
It's no bother, at all.
Ice on the ground is a pain, but that's not weather, per say.

well, I live near the equator, so sunny weather is hot.
and, could it be that there is no dirt and leaves on the side of the road near your place? so there's no dirt and leaves flying around with wind? if it's a gentle wind, sure it's nice, but even your laundry will fly when hit by strong wind.

Whether or not it is hot, has nothing to do with whether or not it is sunny.

Clouds can make it colder, or hotter, for various reasons
...but the temperature is effected far more, by other factors.

Any wind, that would make dirt and leaves fly around in the wind (or make you worried about your laundry), would have to be at least a gale ...which is just one step below a storm (and "stormy" is a separate option, from "windy" )
