As far as I can tell, the last chapter hasn't been scanlated. Confusion may relate to the fact that in the table of contents of the 2nd (Last) volume, instead of being numbered, the last chapter is called the "Final Chapter" with the preceding ones numbered (last numbered chapter is 7, the last scanlated.)
If you want to check to verify, the table of contents is in the scans of the 5th chapter.

Aaaaaaannnnnd i figured it out very shortly later. Final chapter was by a different scanlation group and not added to Mangaupdates

That happens more than you think, as we have certain policies here. The scanlation group can't just be a "no group" on MangaDex
