For some reason I suddenly remember this random one shot I read a long time ago and I need to confirm it's existance. From what I remember, the main girl only like cute boys (cutr in more of a girl way) and she's gotta a crush on some girly looking dude. Something happened and I think she walks in on the some other guy making out with someone or something. The other guy is kinda an ass and is like 'I'm gonna make you mine" or something like that. Not sure what happen after that but turns out the posession dude is acutally pretty cute and the girl makes him hers instead. Don't remember if this manga was even good but I need to know what it is.

What comes to mind is Kawaii Ore-sama, which is a oneshot and not a full series. It's super funny and from the brief description here seems like it matches.
