from what i remember :

Cross
Dark Edge

*these have hints of Christianity. (e.g. Communions and amen)

however,these mangas may have them:
Maria-sama ga Miteru
One Pound Gospel

just a wild guess:
Trinity Blood?

I know there's an OEL Christian shoujo-type manga called Serenity: Bad Girl in Town. I read a bit of it, and it was pretty bad. The art is absolutely terrible. It was also very preachy, of course, but that's to be expected.

There's also the The Manga Bible . And there's another one coming out in a couple years: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2007-08-24/christian-m anga-bible-with-japanese-artists-announced

And I've heard about some "Manga Messiah" series, which is done by Japanese artists, but I can't find any information on it. It might be the same as the above.

I've never come across any "real" Christian manga... just a few with Christianity as more of a theme, and not portrayed in any meaningful sense. Most Japanese stuff (and I guess most everything in popular Western entertainment) dilutes religion to the point of inconsequence. You know, the "believe what is true for yourself" postmodernist idiocy that if you examine logically means all faiths are a load of crap.

Saint Oniisan might be one. I haven't read it yet so I don't know. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
