I just finished reading the raws of this manhwa and I don't understand the ending.
Can anyone explain it to me?

Shu and sumire die and go to "heaven" (like hell they did)
Once again we get a mind rape, and friends that turned out to be enemies, just returned to be friends...
The gundam was worthless as a plot tool... unless we see a new one for the sequel.
Shu's son is named Kei (yay Gantz) and is supposed to be badass and he lives with his older sister.
Liede is a multinational and ECS is done for (or so I believe)
And we can guess that those 2 kids in Korea, are going to be the ones that will reach Zero sample level...
There are a couple of unanswered questions... first what happened to M.O (died after birth or was killed?) and WHY THE FUCKING GUNDAM!!!!

Like I said... is unknown... maybe M.O is dead, there was a lot of talk about her not going to last for long... but I hate this ending that doesn't explain everything.... and for some reason the guy in circle of flow has a different name... I liked Kei >_<

I'm not much interested in the sequel for two reasons.
1) the plot of this series makes no sense a lot of times and I don't see why the sequel would be differnet (same author)
2) different artist
Ending was pretty annoying. That bitch Roinel who killed Harue was in the ending all happy like with her asshole boyfriend. There is no justice in this manga. -_-
Despite these things I still score the manga highly due to likable characters, excellent artwork, and exciting battles.

The plot of Kurokami is fairly good, so I wouldn't count ZCF out just yet.

yeah seriously retarded. Harue gets gang raped (though it's not actually shown) and then "saved" by Shuu. Several volumes later she shows up to help Shuu only to get die abruptly.

this ending is totally unfair :/ that bitch harue... wasn't supposed to live... he should've skinned her alive.
the stupid bitch attacked shuu/beat mo/killed harue.... for what? for the fact that shuu beat her "boyfriend/mentor/guru/whatever"?...... and in the first place that naoki guy came and attacked shuu.... (before this breaking a defenseles girls' hand and the limbs of that other guy)........ and at the end the bad guys are all happy and lovey-dovey..... wtf
? the mangaka sure did the number on the ending :/
oh and the other stuff that everybody else mentioned... "gundam" thing.... idiotic idea?? lead created the gundam so that kasumi/sumire to take control of it? wtf? weren't they supposed to take control of it? hell... pfff :S
well somewhere in the middle it was good... nice fights/action/comedy... but epic fail ending. :S

it almost seems as if this was an Axed-ending, things were progressing smoothly until chapter 53, and then the author; as if scared he was going to die created a rushed ending in where plot points are dropped like bombs.
also i have a question is that loop (the gundam) was built specifically for kasumi and sumire then how were they able to do a test pilot of it in the beginning. you know this just further supports my axed theory, he had to end it and in a rush so he was grabbing at straws.
Or who knows maybe he had the ending planned for a while and is one of those authors who cant do endings very well.

Very late to the party but I wholeheartedly agree, that ending was complete wank. Rushed, most of it made no sense and not much of anything is resolved other than killing off the series.
