For categories like child/ren how are we supposed to know if the story has the MC as a child or has children. I've been looking for manga where the MC has Children but its hard to find when I see the manga where the MC is a child also. There are many cases like this for categories that have /

This solution obviously isn't ideal in terms of narrowing stuff down, but you could use the 'Parents' and/or 'Adult Protagonist' tags in combination with 'Child/ren'. There're also the tags 'Father and Daughter', 'Mother and Son', etc.
