1st - A Looong Time ago, in the 2000s, Before Yo-kai Watch, I found a Manga about a Young Boy who Releases from a Gashapon/Gachapon Capsule Vending Machine a Blueish Devil, who I think had a Hat!
I cannot for the Life of me, Remember it's Name! Please Help!
NOT Yo-kai Watch/NOT Pokemon/NOT LegendZ!
2nd - Around that same Time, the 2000s or 2010s, I Read an AWESOME Manga about a High School Rich Boy, who after Accidently Entering another World/Dimension, Encounters a Man with a Hand Fan, who asks him to Help Defeat the God of that World, and gains a Power that Manifests as a Rabbit Man that says: "Place you Bets" & "No more Bets" and a Roulette Wheel, that makes good things happen if he wins, bad if he loses!
In it he has a Friend/Ally, who is Terrified of being Touched by Women, for some Reason!
3rd - I am Looking for Anime/Manga/Video Games, whose Worlds are Similar in Story & Art to:
Yu-Gi-Oh!//Pokémon//Digimon//Shaman King//Bakutsuri Bar Hunter//Tabe-O-Ja//Blazer Drive!
I mean Child & Mon Bond & Spiky Multicolored Hair!

I first saw this Manga on a Blogspot Page, that always had the Latest Manga Releases!
The Boy and Blue Devil with a Hat were Sid by Side, standing in Front of a Gashapon Machine(I think!)

I remember reading some of Dragon Drive when I was younger and I liked it! No multicolored hair, but good boy + monster friendship
Law of Ueki is a little different, but I really enjoyed it. It has a tournament-style narrative

In terms of just art style and fantasy world-building, maybe you would like Hunter x Hunter or Hitman Reborn?
