Falcon might be the best hacker in the world, but that's pretty much it. The last 2 pages just show how naive he is. He can create the most complex system when behind a computer, but is a total noob when confronted face to face with the enemy.

I-Third prioritizes life over achieving goal while "J" is the opposite and we don't exactly know where they are (might just be a random public place, or in J's turf), so J is probably at an advantage there.

Frankly, I'm still hoping for Falcon to get his act back together and oversee things with his eagle eye instead of being drag on the ground like that.
