Lone Wolf and Cub
One of the best samurai mangas ever. It's all about revenge but it has little romance. Also watch out cause it's some heavy reading and i advise you to read it slowly to fully enjoy it.
I really can't think of any other that is about hate right now but i suggest you try samurai mangas in general. They're great!. For some suggestions start here cool

Vagabond is prolly a good one too. Not really hate-filled or anything, but definitely emotional and very graphic.

Hmm, I'm not sure.. Can Threads of Time be counted as a samurai manga? There's a lot of fighting with swords here. Plus, revenge is the theme, with a bit of romance.

I haven't read this but I have seen the movie and the anime. It's good but not sure about the revenge theme... Basilisk

Try um. . . Rurouni Kenshin; there's a lot of hate in this manga and just a bit tad of romance now and then. Peacemaker Kurogane is also good; but I never really watch all the anime series so I don't know if there's any romance in it. Hmm, Otogizoshi is also good; a lot of killing and a tad of rormance. There's also Samurai Deeper Kyo; but I never really was into this manga so you gotta check it out yourself.
