Both It depends on the letter. If the letter is on the right I use the left shift and vice-verse. If it's in the center I pick at random

Same, though I tend to use the left more often I guess. ^^;;

I use the left shift key and hit it with my ring finger.
BUT I DO USE CAPS LOCK AS WELL, but only when I type the whole phrase or sentence with all capital letters (to make emphasizes and such lol).

left hand
little = shift
ring = A and Q
middle= w-x and e-c
grooming = r-v t-b
thumb = space
I almost never use de right shift because of the size of my hands, for my right hand little finger get on the shift I need to have my right hand over my left one, so it's kinda difficult to use

I use the right one. Maybe because I'm right handed and it's easier for me? I don't know, but based on the amount of people saying left, I don't think that's it.

I use the left. I think its just because my left pinky is always hovering over it from the way I have my hands set when I type.

Left.
Even holding the left shift key, my left hand can hit a lot of important letters.
But holding the right shift, my right hand is immobilized in a bad spot; I have to reach past a bunch of punctuation marks and irregular brackets and so on to get at the letters.
