Im guessing in the hundreds cuz if u think about it he fought the shodai hokage before Konoha was built and the shodai hokage is the grandfather of Tsunade (in her 50s)

but ya Madara definitely has to be in the 100-200 age range. I bet he's probably doing something similar to what Orochimaru was doing just with better results.
