Hi,
This was one of my favorite anime in the 80's but I don't remember the name. Maybe you can help?
The main character is a short, fat ninja who has a beautiful girlfriend.
They are student of a ninja school, rivals were the students of a school who uses high-tech.
His primary attack was a tornado attack, which he produces by running real fast.
Later he learnt a secondary attack, which is a sound waves attack. He learnt that when he was put in some strict training/diet. His stomach growled so much, that it produced a devastating sound.
