I also want to add that even though the width limit is 300 pixels, it
always gets resized to ~265 for some reason. o.o Don't know why. D':
Maybe because the proportions are off.

Yes, the max height was 400. It tries to maximize either the height or the width. I've actually changed the max height since to 375, because the 400 didn't quite look right, so all new images added will have a max height of 375 ... we'll see how that goes for now.

Sorry if this doesn't belong here. But I was wondering if it was possible to add an automatic resize function when submitting or editing author/series images please?
Although I think it's nice that the size limit for signatures has increased, I think everything else is just fine as it was.
When full size images are submitted, they appear far too large and awkward compared to the rest of the layout.

I reduced the max size to 375 because I thought the same way, but seriously, I really want larger pictures. I can deal with maybe a little smaller than 375, but I'm not going to keep the images as small as they were before ... I'm not sure what the "perfect" size is though.
What is the absolute largest you can live with?

Okay, I changed to 350 because I kinda agree with you. Let's see what happens then. Unfortunately, I cannot change images which are already existent en masse. It won't take effect till the series images are re-uploaded.
