Do you hate the bus or like the bus? What are your opinions on it?
I personally think the bus is good for because:
1. Saves more gas and all that bad stuff for the earth cause more people are on the bus ^ w ^
2. It's good for people who don't have money or can't drive
3. It's good if your a kid and your parents can't drive you you take the bus
4. It's good if someone can't pick you up x3
Thoughts?
(If I'm ranting delete this?)

I like the bus actually, I have two 50 minute bus trips a day during the week; I pull out a laptop and read manga or watch videos. Driving would only take 30-40 mins probably, but I'd have to actually focus on driving that whole time laugh

Public transport isn't just buses wink

Where I live, none of those options exist: you have to either walk, bike, or ride in a car.
(by car, there is an airport which is not too far away).

I've only lived in one city with a very good system, and that was in europe. I loved being able to take the train instead of waiting for someone to drive me places, and having buses and proper walking paths.

I love flying, and for travelling any long distance, it is the most simple and convenient way for me to travel. I am much more comfortable on a flight than with any of the other options.

I take public transit (i.e. the local subway system, BART, and bus/school shuttle) to school 5 days a week for two main reasons: (1) it's slightly cheaper than driving when taking into consideration gas, toll-fare, and parking at school and (2) it's way more reliable time-wise due to the horrible rush hour traffic where I live. An added bonus is that I get 2 ~50 minute segments each day where I can catch up on my reading. I could say stuff about wanting to save the earth and whatnot, but I'd be lying.

I've only used the public train system a couple of times but last year I had to use the bus to get to intern because I couldn't drive yet. It's ok but I definitely prefer using my own car or having my parents drive me. Once I get that awesome bike I saw in one of the shops in my neighborhood, I'll be riding to places smile

I like it, because it makes me exercise... while chasing after it. xD
I hate it when it's late, which is almost always, which makes me late for work, hang-outs etc. : /

But the drunks on the bus are funny.

I have a car but I'd like to ride my bike to the stores close by my house than drive there but if does rain there is the car wink
I think a Day Pass for the bus here is $4....

My counties public transportation is good and all, but those buses in San Francisco were awesome. They even had GPS locators on them to expected bus arrivals at most bus stops.

I'm not to fond of any public transportation. If I want to get somewhere I usually walk, but if it is a rather great distance then I would probably catch a train.

I love using the public transportation. Cuz i don't have to follow any of those drivers' responsibility... I can us my ipod, reading any books or mangas, or even sleep.. Many other things that can't be done if i'm driving my self

Depends where I am, and how expensive it is. I can't drive, so I either walk or cycle if I'm only travelling a few miles. For anything longer, or if I have luggage, I usually use public transport: trains, buses, trams, aeroplanes. Comes from a desire for independence and busy parents.

If you're talking about buses, I actually don't like it. I get dizzy and there are times when the bus is full and I have to stand and that makes me more dizzy. (Probably because our buses overspeed at some points >.>).

If you're talking about other public transport, like trains, I have no choice to take it since that's the only way I can go to school, though honestly, I would prefer a car.

I avoid the bus if I can, even though it's free for me to get on.
I don't like waiting for them. I'd rather walk than stand at a bus stop. Plus I don't know the bus system very well.

As for the trains/tubes, they're my saviour. Use it all the time. Best public transport ever, even though it gets mighty squishy in the mornings.
