Yep, I'm creeped out by mirrors. Every time I look at one, I keep expecting *something else* to show up on the reflection. >_<

I am creeped out by mirrors occasionally. I sometimes think someone is standing behind me or something. Or when I look up after washing my face... like in the ring 2(GAH................ eek ) The idea that I could see an other face of someone who is not in the room freaks me out(same with pictures and windows)... My little brother once sneaked up on me behind me when I was looking in the mirror, I thought i'dd die when he suddenly popped up... sad

Nice experiment, go sit in front of a mirror for a few minutes and look at yourself with a straight face without averting your eyes... eventually when you get a little dazy(I do), it'll feel like your face is deforming....(or maybe its because I have anemia, which makes me see black spots and all sometimes just because of the tiredness...)

There are a lot of superstitions about mirrors, here are a few shy ;

if you put two mirrors facing each other and draw a pentacle or an other unholy sign between them on a piece of paper, a demon will pass through.

If someone has died you have to cover all the mirrors in the house with white sheets else the spirit which is still restless after death will get attached too them and posses them, thus causing them too haunt you (through mirrors)

In feng shui it is said that it’s bad if a mirror faces your bed, or chair or any other space for that matter where you rest, why? Because mirrors absorb your chi thus causing you to get very tired... (It’s also a bad idea to put your bed facing the door with your feet, it’s a deathmans position, which is obviously bad for your health)

I have no problem with mirrors in real life, however I hate dreaming about them. I had terrifying nightmares of them as a child.

That's... uhhh... I guess it's big of you to admit that, really. Most people would keep things like that to themself.

even if i stare at others, as long as they are not near me, it doesn't work since i refuse to wear my glasses.

I'm not afraid of mirrors. But I guess it would be creepy if your the only one in the room and you just seen something that's not supposed to be there...
