Not really telepathy but a mutual understanding between two main characters. They don't really have to say anything or do something but they can understand what each other are thinking or feeling. I prefer a nice simple romance, nothing TOO shoujo.
No one shots. The usual no yaoi, smut, yuri etc.
Example would be with Keito and Kouichi from Cat Street.

The only thing that comes immediately to mind is the anime Lamune. The two leads grew up together and are practically married from the start, though their relationship isn't explicitly romantic for much of the show. It's not that they don't talk or anything like that though... not sure if that's really what you're looking for, or just evidence of the closeness the characters share.

Bleach, but I'm sure you've already tried it.
Telepathy Shoujo Ran; yes, the story touches on telepathy (between the two main girls), but there's a separate relationship that doesn't involve it between the main character, Ran, and her quiet best friend/boyfriend, Rui. Rui hardly has any lines in the story, but Ran understands him just the same.

Well, you've most probably read it, but I think Dengeki Daisy fits. The mangaka draws expressions so well that not only are the main pair's feelings communicated without words, but most of the characters express their most important feelings silently and with the feeling of much left unspoken, yet understood.

Beauty is the Beast is the closest that I can think of right now.
Right away, when I read the headline, I thought: Cat Street but you have it as an example. I love this manga!!
And maybe Miriam or Chizumi and Fujiomi
