I needed help looking for a manga/oneshot? I can't remember the name but i vaguely remember the story

It's about a girl and there's a new transfer student in her class and they used to be childhood friends. I don't think he wants to see her as anything more than a friend but then they go to the summer festival and she's wearing a black kimono and loses her geta(sandal) because they fought. He runs back to her and there are fireworks?

I dunno but there also might have something to due with height but i'm not too sure.... Your help is much appreciated!!!
