For the 1st one :
Artist seem to be HANAKOJI Yumi
But the author, i dunno, seem to be 淺倉達彥 but i didn't find anything (and since i don't know anything about japanese... xD)

As previously stated, I am merely confirming.

Artist:HANAKOJI Yumi
The author's name is purely Kanji, so that's guesswork without the katakana present. Asakura something... However the title is something along the lines of Fukushu Bijin Hana, but the Chinese titles are always different. The literal translation is Revenge Beautiful Person Flower. I wish you good luck on your search. It isn't listed among HANAKOJI Yumi's series though.

In other news.
It might not be Asakura, because of the multiple pronunciations of Kanji, but Asakura is a pretty common name.
the other name could be
Tachiyan or Tatsuyan I believe. The pronunciation google translate gave me for 彥 is yan, so I don't know any others. (Never seen that particular kanji before.)
