So I am looking for some Brother-Sister incest Manga.
There are a few points where I will look:
It must be:
-Romance.
-Hentai ONLY as extra.
-Brother and Sister
Not be:
-Action/Adventure
-Hentai as main catagory
-Comedy as main catagory
I just want a romantic Brother-Sister Manga; Kiss X Sis-like isn't what I am searching for. More romance less comedy.

Are you looking for real incest or the artificial ones where they end not being real siblings or they're just step-siblings?
If you're looking for real incest, I'd suggest Koi Kaze. The art takes some getting used to, and it's definitely not shoujo, but the manga-ka takes such a realistic (as real as you can get in these type of stories) and sensitive, and sweet approach to the subject matter. It's one of my favorite romances (incest or not).

Aki-Sora is interesting. It's an ongoing slice of life incest. There are some occasions in which the main character engages in non-incest sex but overall the relationship between him and his sister(s) is the main focus.

^^ I really wouldn't advise Aki Sora at all. It has more sex than a hentai and less plot that a hentai (and this is judging from the previous incestuous hentai work from the same author).
Densen complex has a couple of siblings themed stories, buy they are pretty short (though pretty good).
Brocon is a single volume themed with several short sibling romance stories, nothing too graphic but some are really good.
Yuuhi Romance is a single volume story about an older sister that has an incestuous danger level brother complex and how the brother doesn't notice this.
Andante. I think that this is not being worked anymore and unlike the other ones this is a shoujo, there are a couple of twists here and there that gives that little extra to this story.
... Hmmnn, for some reason I can only think of short stories devoid of drama right now, that's not exactly a bad thing.
There are many other well known "giants" in sibling romance department and I'm actually surprised that no one has pointed fingers yet.

First, the main characters are step siblings and not full fledged siblings, and secondly it ends up that the main rival for the main character girl is actually the long lost sister from the main male character, meaning that this is a siblings love triangle but no one knows about it at first.
