Who is the mangaka of this pic?

I'm positive it's a yaoi or shounen ai artist but their name escapes me at the moment...

I think (I could be wrong) it's this series Hana wa Saku ka which would mean it's HIDAKA Shoko.

Edit: Yes, I double checked and that's where its from. It's boys love for sure, and it's good.
