It's in a collection of one shots that I can't for the life of me find. It's about a girl who's in love with her sister's fiancé. The fiancé gets injured in an accident while protection the main girl that makes him go blind. The sister won't see the fiancé because she doesn't want to be with someone who's blind. So the main girl sees the fiancé pretending to be her sister. I also remember something about the main girl folding paper cranes.

Edit: Ahh! It's The Flower that Blooms in You by Mitsuya Omi from Kono Koi wo Wasurenai. Categories are so useful for finding manga you forgot about
