I'm looking for manga (or anime, but if it's anime I've most likely seen it) where there is a lead like Lelouche from Code Geass, i.e. a protagonist whose a leader, intelligent, has a strong personality, charismatic and is awesome. Either cold of with a strong sense of justice is fine. Seinen, violence and completed is preferable.
The only one I can think of atm, is Hojo from Sanctuary who is awesome beyond words. Asami also.

Jormungand, only one chapter out, but seems to be what you're looking for.
He's not the main protagonist, but Kagehisa from Blade of the Immortal is like that too, but everyone who likes seinen seems to have read that manga.
