Well, I'm not an expert or anything, so my interpretations of the stories are probably completely horrible and incorrect.
But I'll try
Chapter 1: Not sure. Because the mysterious figure is "mr. pillow" or something like that, I thought that maybe, because the lost girl couldn't return home in reality, she tired herself out and fell asleep, dreaming about home. Which is why he said he'd take her home (because he can, in her dreams)
Chapter 2: I just thought of this as a reflection on loss. The character doesn't burst into tears, wailing to heaven, but instead feels a sort of inability to fully accept the death of his friend, even slightly hoping that maybe if enough people want the dead girl to come back to life then she will. Then, at the end, he acknowledges that she is gone when he states the words he wish he could have told her. (and this is just me, but because he wishes he said "see you next time" perhaps he thinks if he said those words, she wouldn't have died)
Chapter 3: What makes night scary, to us is that we think there are monsters hiding in the dark. The mangaka says that what makes night scary is the fact that we're alone with ourselves
Chapter 4: a sad story. the mistakes of life aren't permanent?
Chapter 6: Shows how strong desires can be warped, and the danger of losing yourself. Also, perhaps, that the past is something you cannot escape (she warns her masquerading friend that he cannot stay human forever; and as much as he tries to be human he never can be, because he never was from the start [not to mention that his acts push him away from humanity]) The girl then goes insane.
Chapter 7: What makes reality worthwhile are those who love us. Though I'm not sure if she can tell whether she is a princess or a normal girl with a dog.
Hope this helps a bit? I suppose it is up to each person to interpret how they want to
