The MC was once a delinquent in middle school. I'm not sure bout MC's gender! But she/he made a promise to someone that she/he won't fight anymore. So now that MC is in highschool she/he acts like a wimp.
MC got into the same highschool where his/her childhood friend (a guy) goes to. On the first day of school, MC met said friend but they've been separated for years so she/he doesn't know him real well now.
The friend then gave mc a tour of the school and told her/him all the things a new student should know about. Esp. about the student council that's "ruling" the school. He told mc that he/she should avoid making waves if he/she doesn't want trouble.
Scene changes..or maybe this happens after a few chapters. not sure.
MC gets bullied! Yeah, cliched. Two delinquent looking guys approach MC and ask, "Are you ___? We heard you're the strongest from____." They want MC to fight them. But MC acted all scared and cried fake tears, the two bullies got angrier.
Then two girls from the student council interfered. One of them was a girl with headphones. She took off her headphones and, with a very loud scream, chased the guys away.. MC then discovers that the school was for people with special abilities.
They then asked MC what is her connection to the other group's leader. MC knew nothing and denied having met the leader. The girls refused to believe MC so they brought MC to their vice president.
VP explained that the school's divided into two: the council and the Anti-order something group. The other group wants to overthrow the current council and take the seat themselves. She told MC that her/his childhood friend is suspected of being the leader of this rebellion. The SC stands for order and anyone who opposes them will be crushed like a bug.
That's all I remember about the plot. Oh, the VP's the lady-type while the kaichou is the mysterious one. There's also a character that has the ability to transform into something that looked a bit like Majin Bu of Dragon Ball.
If anyone can knows this please please lemme know! I wanna read how this ends!!!!
Then when I reread it, it turns out I mixed up the plot with 2 other manga... but it sounds kinda familiar?
