Ok, this might sound confusing:

This guy, who at first seems like a wuss meets this strange man that gives him those glasses. He wears the glasses, becomes sadistic, more confident, and he blackmails his employer with photos he took of him, and he basically tortures his superior with sex games during work (or something). Then he locks the guy up in his apartment, whips him up, and then withdraws from the dude's life when he sees he "broke him". He then starts his new company, meets his ex superior later and la-de-da, they're togther again. Now, even if the guy takes off the glasses he's still the confident sadist.

the story is somewhat..sick, but I can't remember the name and it's driving me crazzzy!!
