This oneshot has been driving me up the wall, and its name has been eluding me for the past 3 weeks... It's basically a winter oneshot about a snow maiden sent to retrieve a half human/half snow maiden/priestess (?) boy, who has stellar looks? At first, she fails at persuading the male to come with her, but continues to be persistent in her own manner. Eventually, her clan of fellow maidens come to retrieve the boy. However, she ends up protecting him.

It's a rather cute, comedic shoujo one-shot, albeit cliched.
