To elaborate serializations are done on contracts, and are constantly extended. So in most cases there is no real way to know a series will end aside from estimations based on the storyline, and as we have seen from bleachs nvr ending storyline those can be highly inaccurate.

There is no manga news site that covers all series. Too much information. But if you need news about one title or magazine, your best bet is publisher's web site.
