As the title says, I'm looking for a manga where the (preferably) main character studies hard, because they have a certain goal to achieve, want to support their family, don't have anyone to help them so they have to take care of themselves or something like that. The examples are: Kaichou wa Maid Sama, Faster than a Kiss, Totally Captivated.......

The only one I can think of right now is Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun Somehow, it doesn't seem similar to the examples you listed... Hope you find what you're looking for!

Kare Kano-she works hard in school to get the praise of the people around her, because she's the self-proclaimed "Queen Of Vanity". But don't get fooled by the seemingly light concept, the story soon (okay, maybe not so soon, buy anyway) turns dark...

Girls of the Wild's
Go read it now! Although it's not a manga but a webtoon; it is something the general public would enjoy.

Maybe ...
* Dengeki Daisy - The main character has - especially in the beginning - just one person, who she considers as caring about her and she really tries to work hard, so that her dead brother and this person (the male counterpart) don't have to worry unnecessarily.
* Cheese in the Trap - If you don't mind webcomics, then is this one really worth a look because of the catchy storyline and pretty likeable characters. And, it should be nearly a perfect match to your request. =)
* Chihayafuru - The female lead works hard to catch up to her friends, which are playing a competitive version of a traditional Japanese card game, while her family tends to support her sister's wish to become a model... ? ^^

"Why does it rain?" - "To create drama." (Drops (Andou Yuki))

Hana yori Dango
Saa Koi ni Ochitamae - yaoi
In both cases, their families have pinned all their hopes on the main character succeeding at a rich school they can't afford, and bringing home a wealthy spouse.
