Games contain some physical as well as mental benefits. Games like basketball, cricket, and tennis keep body fit rather than these Sudoku, chess; puzzles are the games which gives some mental freshness to the human. These kinds of games increase your concentration.

What are your views regarding these.

The cover lady for the nursing home is the same for the cover of Norah, the famed (fake) psychic.

Content wise, it sounds like this user is asking for affirmation on his views, which I don't disagree with; honestly, you can turn anything into a game, including arduous tasks that most would not find enjoyable.

But shooting people in the face and sticking grenades on them helped improve my hand-eye coordination.
And using thunder spells and mystic swords to kill oddly named monsters expanded my imagination so I don't become a boring person.
Everything has a positive and negative effect whether it's Sudoku or Final Fantasy >>
And tbh i would rather play Call of duty than chess lol.
