Ah i forgot to add that the Main character girl comes back as a ghost and the Vampire leader of the Underworld decides to help her get back to human form. Hope that helps!

I read a very weird manga around last year about some high school girl with huge breast accidentally? going to the underworld and then getting killed off immediately in the first or second chapter. The Underworld what i remember had different sections? of some sort and every section has a different leader. The drawing style was neat too, anyone know what manga I'm talking about?
