Hi there. I remember either reading or watching a manga/anime a while back and was wondering if someone can help me with finding the title...

The main protagonist is a plain girl that is training to be some queen (of the universe?) or something and she has a powerful rival who has been training longer than she has. There are a bunch of guys with all sorts of powers that are meant to aide the queen. Some of their powers are: light, darkness, wind, lightning, fire, metal, etc. Both girls have a planet to take care of.

The protagonist's personality is positive and she's always looking for ways to help others.
