Dont know but why on earth havent you googled slender man? Found the guy in like 2-4 sec on a wiki page, "Slender Man was first mentioned in Something Awful Forum's "Create Paranormal Images".

Found it on DA. The artist calls it "Foxy Roxy" - might be an original character, or possibly a fanart... have a poke around the artist's profile.

Edit: oh hey, just noticed the artist description says character is copyright of Gametek, so... it's from something.

She is actually a character from a video game called Brutal: Paws of Fury. I remember playing this game all the time as a kid. I actually still have my copy of it and it's a pretty cool game.

I recommend playing it if you can. Aside from that you can find a lot more fan art of her online.
