Never came across any manga/manhwa for the first category, but the second one, yeah.

#000000 - Ultra Black - Kid finally meets his "benefactor" for the first time. Fantasy/super-natural/action type of story.
Arakure - Girl doesn't meet her parents, as she lost both of them, but she meets her grandfather for the first time. Not a normal family reunion per say.............. ^____^
