Hey guys I am looking for a manga similar to monster that the main character is suspected by the police and his Fiance leaves him after he is suspected and she becomes an embittered alcoholic, or something else

Not quite what you asked for, but Monster was similar to The Fugitive (movie) (no Fiance there though)
