Hello. I'm looking for a manga where the plot revolves around the japan goverment plan to "join" together all the students of the nation into the same high-school or even into the same apartment complex. The main point is that there are only a few young people all over the country (which is filled with old people). It is not an old series but I don't know why I can't find its name.
